Lead Generation Specialist Job Description
Campaign Matrix is looking for Lead Generation Specialists to develop and maintain strong relationships with potential advertisers. In this role, you will support our sales force in identifying and qualifying leads (potential customers); keyword: qualified leads. You should possess excellent communication skills, combined with a diverse background and resources to create leads from a variety of sources. As a lead generation specialist, you may work alone or as part of a team to achieve your objectives. You should be able to effectively communicate using a variety of mediums. You will research, test and develop new ways to reach our company’s goals.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential digital advertising clients.
- Evaluate potential leads based on company information and key requirements.
- Determine the most relevant channel for marketing purposes (e.g. email, phone, social media etc.).
- Execute campaigns via inbound marketing or outbound telemarketing to contact potential clients.
- Send high-quality sales leads to the Campaign Matrix sales team.
- Work with the marketing team to develop new lead generation techniques.
- Support sales team in lead follow-ups and engagement.
What Is A Qualified Lead...
Most sales process start with unqualified leads. These are prospects that may be a good fit for Campaign Matrix services but have not interacted with our business yet. It is your job to get unqualified leads to take an action that indicates interest in learning more about the Targeting Smart business. Once that relationship has been established, it's time to connect our in-house sales team to close the business.

The lead qualification criteria may differ, but in general, a sales qualified lead:
- Has a need for Campaign Matrix services.
- Has expressed interest in a Campaign Matrix service.
- Has the budget to buy Campaign Matrix services.

- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of searching the Internet.
- Familiar with MS Office (or similar)
